In the US, senior full-stack engineers command $150,000–$200,000 base. In London, the equivalent is £90,000–£130,000. In Dubai, AED 25,000–40,000 per month. In Bangalore, ₹35–65 lakh per annum. All figures represent total cash compensation excluding equity.
